Mazda provides warranty for the period of 3 years / 100,000 KM (whichever comes first) calculated from new vehicle handover date to ensure peace of mind in owning Mazda vehicle.

Important information regarding our Warranty is as follows:

• Vehicle requires routine scheduled maintenance service every 6 months / 10,000 KM (whichever comes first) at any authorized Mazda dealership
• Battery Warranty is for 1 year / 20,000Kms whichever comes first.
• AC refrigerant warranty is for 1 year / 20,000Kms whichever comes first.
  

What is Not Covered?

Factors beyond the Manufacturer’s Control

• Misuse of vehicle such as driving over curbs / over loading, racing etc.
• Accident such as collision, fire, theft, riots etc.
• If the vehicle has been classified as total loss car or sold as salvage purposes, or branded for any other reasons.
• Damage or surface corrosion from environment such as: acid rain, airborne, fall out (chemicals, tree sap etc.) salt, road hazards, hail wind storm, lightening, floods & other natural disasters (act of God)
• Cosmetic conditions or surface corrosion from stone chips or scratches in the paint.
• Registration of the vehicle out of the country you purchased, where the vehicle is originally distributed.
• Damage due to lack of proper maintenance as described in Owner’s manual.
• Normal wear & tear or deterioration such as discoloration, fading, deformation blur etc.
• Surface corrosion on any part other than the body sheet metal panels forming the exterior appearance of a Mazda vehicle.
  
  

Warranty does not cover issues caused by:

• Usage on non-genuine Mazda parts and or accessories
• Any Alteration/modifications done to vehicle

Protect your Mazda with Extended Warranty purchase which extends your warranty to 5 years / Unlimited mileage (whichever comes first from the date of purchase of new car). Extended warranty will be applicable after normal Mazda warranty over that is 3 years / 100,000 KM (whichever comes first).
